- Macmillan Budding Scientist - Kshtij Purani qualified in the Final Round of the Macmillan Budding Scientist Award, 2020. He presented his project titled 'Get Set Nest' at the IIT Mumbai Campus on the 1st of February, 2020.
- Top 20 Innovators of the Country - Himay Shah and Disha Bansal, students at Anand Niketan Maninagar participated with their innovative ideas in the Marathon Challenge and are the PROUD WINNERS AT THE ATL MARATHON.
ATAL TINKERING LAB
Atal Tinkering Lab had conducted a series of activities, workshop for its own school students as well as for the community students i.e. students of the other schools from the nearby vicinity. Presenting herewith the details of the activities and workshops conducted in the ATL club.

Inauguration of ATAL Tinkering Lab
On 26th June 2019(Wednesday), the school has another feather in their cap, taking a crucial step forward in technology education, by opening its Atal Tinkering Laboratory for students from Grade VI to XII.

CSIR INNOVATION AWARD for school children 2019 – felicitated by PRESIDENT OF INDIA & Minister of Science & Technology
Eshan Bhatta of Grade X and his mentor Mr. Johny Abraham, Science educator at Anand Niketan Maninagar were awarded the CSIR Innovation Award for School Children, 2019 on 26th September 2019 in New Delhi for their innovation titled “Smart Feeding Spoon for Parkinson Patients”. The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind was the Chief Guest for the function.

The scientific ideas of Eshaan Bhatta (Grade X) and Khushi Contractor (Grade X) have been selected among the top ten ideas from the state of Gujarat in Ideate for India – Creative Solutions Using Technology’, a national challenge by National eGovernance Division, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India and Intel India.

Vidit Parikh’s project of Automated Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation device is in the process of getting patented under the guidance and support of GUSEC.
Eshan Bhatta’s idea of Feeding spoon for Parkinson Patients will also be filed for patent. -

FINALISTS OF YOUNG SCIENTIST INDIA INNOVATION COMPETITION 2020-21.
Under the guidance and vision of Honourable Amit Sir, Trustee, Anand Niketan Maninagar and Respected Harpreet ma'am, Director, Anand Niketan Maninagar, Two students - Dhwani Sharma of Grade VIII with her project “Suraksha Chakra- A Carbon dioxide Monitor For Covid Prevention” and Disha Bansal of Grade X with her project “SAKSHAM – A Smart Glove Giving Voice To Differently Abled” became the proud finalists of the Young India Scientist Competition 2020-21 for their innovative ideas to solve the community problems. The finals will be held in Chennai in the month of March / April 2021.

Anand Niketan Maninagar makes it to the ATL WALL OF FAME, a flagship initiative set up by the NITI Aayog to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Eshan Bhatta, now the alumni was awarded a cash prize & a trophy at CSIR Foundation Day in the presence of Honourable President of India and the Minister for Science & Technology in 2019, for building a Smart Feeding Spoon for Parkinson patients.

SHOOT THE VIRUS - is a game developed by Vidit Parikh , a grade X student, using scratch program to spread awareness on the current COVID -19 pandemic especially on having a good hygiene ,using sanitizers and masks. Stay safe. This is going to be a long battle". -

Anand Niketan Maninagar wins at the Children Innovation for the 2nd consecutive time. Krishna Bansal of Grade IX with his innovative idea to fight against the Covid 19 pandemic stood among the top ideas across the country.

National All Rounder Championship – Organized by Kidex and supported by AIM
About 76 students of Anand Niketan Maninagar participated in the National All Rounder Championship organized by KidEx. National All Rounder Championship is an event in which every child completes 30 age-appropriate activities from their home across five development themes (cognitive, creative/imagination, socio/emotional, physical & language/communication).
5L+ children across 150+ Indian cities participated in this event & winners at overall India level, State level, City level & School level were announced in this Championship.
Anuj Agarwal of Grade IX and Stuti Nautiyal of Grade V did exceptionally well to be in top 10 All Rounders of the country. Krishna Mandge of Grade XI, Arth Haldar of Grade V , Anuj Agarwal of Grade IX and Stuti Nautiyal of Grade V showcased their potential at the highest level and were among the top 10 in the category of Physical, Socio-Emotional , Language & Communication , Creativity & Imagination
